The project team of MyGender has developed a new guide for primary and secondary school teachers. The theme of the latest publication presents practical measures to understand what sexuality is and how some orientations can be explained.

Using the concept of sexuality as a synonym for sexual orientation refers to the determination of an attraction to another person, which typically can be of a sexual and/or romantic nature. Sexuality is not fixed, it can change over time and is incredibly varied and complex. How we describe them implies that different sexualities are constructed and signified through sociocultural frameworks.

The booklet is available for download in pdf, in Portuguese and in English.
